Pre/Post Natal Home Support

Pre/Post Natal Home Support Programs are designed to follow the Canada Prenatal and Nutrition Program Guidelines. Biweekly home support meetings are available through each women’s pregnancy and postpartum period. On call support 24/7 two weeks before her due date and 2 weeks after birth. Programming is initiated at any time during a womens pregnancy and can continue throughout her child’s first year.

Benefits of Pre/Post Natal Programming in Communities

At risk families were well supported and direct mentorship means more food security for these families

I would be happy to speak with you, your community health nurse or community health directors about my programming. I am also interested in working with any existing agencies to bring the benefits of Pre/Post Natal Support to all rural communities. I look forward to learning more about how I can help meet the needs of your community and learn from your women. I embrace all cultures and traditions.
